Sansom Hamilton & Co. were established in early 2008 from the amalgamated practices of Martin Sansom and Hamilton Taylor Farm and Rural Business Consultants. The practice serves a range of private and corporate clients in the agricultural, commercial and residential sectors.
We offer a personal, friendly and professional service on all property matters with the interest of our clients being of paramount importance.
We work from our office at Appleby Magna, based on the borders of Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire. Our office is well located to provide services to clients throughout the Midlands and further afield at economic cost.
Sansom Hamilton & Co. are members of various professional bodies, including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and subscribe to their Codes of Practice.
Martin J Sansom MRICS FAAV
Educated at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996. He has worked in Lancashire and Shropshire for large, multi-disciplined forms before returning to Leicestershire in 2001. Martin deals with a range of matters including Sales, Valuations, Compulsory Purchase, Building Surveys, Planning & Development. He has served on the Council of the local branch of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
